The essential duties include managing the team, production planning , purchasing raw materials, forecasting, reviewing customer needs/deadlines, developing product cost, communicating with vendors, reviewing shortages against current orders, and develop the annual budget. The best candidates can work in conjunction with multiple teams including product development, sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
