Whether you are an experienced coater or an industrial painter looking to transition into powder finishing, we want to hear from you! This is a critical role in ensuring our client’s products meet the highest standards for durability and appearance.

What You Will Do:

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sandblast, mask, and chemically treat metal parts to ensure a flawless bond for the coating.

• Precision Application: Use electrostatic spray equipment to apply powder coating finishes to various fabricated metal components.

• Quality Monitoring: Constantly monitor coating thickness and coverage to ensure a uniform, professional finish that meets structural standards.

• Oven Operation: Manage the curing process by operating industrial ovens and monitoring bake cycles for optimal durability.

• Final Inspection: Inspect finished parts for "orange peel," thin spots, or debris before they move to final assembly or delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting is preferred. We are also open to training candidates with a strong background in metal finishing or auto-body painting.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to operate electrostatic equipment and understand curing temperatures/times.

• Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for surface imperfections and a commitment to high-quality results.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle sandblasting equipment and move metal parts throughout the shift.

• Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
