What You Will Do:

• Order Management: Facilitate the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring every technical specification and delivery requirement is met.

• Expert Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for maritime and industrial clients, providing updates and technical specifics on their orders.

• Conflict Resolution: Navigate complex customer complaints and incorrect orders with a calm, professional, and solution-focused approach.

• Technical Logistics: Utilize advanced computer systems to track inventory, manage pricing, and ensure "right the first time" delivery.

• Account Growth: Build lasting relationships with existing customers by understanding their unique supply chain needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Industry Experience: Preferred background in Maritime Supplies, industrial hardware, or wholesale distribution (MRO experience is a major plus).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized order-entry software; ability to learn complex product catalogs quickly.

• Problem-Solving: Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to turn a customer complaint into a positive outcome.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling purchase orders and technical specifications.

• Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
