Laborer/Mover

Located in Bremerton, WA

Salary: $18.50-$21.50

Overview:  A full-service kitchen and bath remodeler is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer/Mover to support field operations and ensure jobsites run efficiently from start to finish. This role is essential to the day-to-day flow of remodel projects. You will be regularly entering client homes, assisting crews, and handling materials-making reliability, communication, and customer service equally as important as physical capability.

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Safely load and unload tools, equipment, and building materials
• Move cabinetry, appliances, and construction materials in and out of client homes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites (debris removal, sweeping, staging materials, etc.)
• Assist remodel teams with general labor tasks as directed
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients
• Represent company with professionalism, respect, and friendly demeanor

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
• Strong reliability-punctual, dependable, and consistent
• Personable, respectful, and comfortable interacting inside client homes
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
• Willingness to support a variety of labor tasks depending on project needs
• Able to work Saturdays when required

Pay: $18.50-$21.50/hour depending on experience

Schedule: 20-40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm
