We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, understands both electrical and mechanical assembly, and is comfortable using different tools and equipment. In this role, you will help build high-quality products by following clear standards and working efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble electro-mechanical parts, subassemblies, and finished products using blueprints, schematics, and instructions.
• Perform tasks like wiring, soldering, routing, and putting system components together.
• Test, troubleshoot, and check assemblies to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and automated equipment.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or issues.
• Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve problems and improve processes.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow safety rules, keep the workspace clean, and take part in training as needed.
• Help find causes of issues and assist with repairs or rework.
• Support daily and weekly production goals.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar field.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus).
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly methods.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience using tools like hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and torque tools.
• Strong hand skills and ability to work with small, delicate parts.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and following instructions carefully.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to document work clearly.
• Knowledge of workplace safety in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
