Healthcare supply Industry | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re a family-owned and operated company serving clients across the U.S. healthcare industry, and we’re looking for a customer service professional who knows how to prioritize, and genuinely cares about helping people.

Our customers depend on us—often urgently—so responsiveness, problem-solving, and attention to detail are critical. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and being part of a supportive, hands-on team, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide immediate, high-quality customer support via email, phone, and chat
  • Respond to all inquiries with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Independently troubleshoot customer issues and find solutions
  • Process standing orders and urgent healthcare-related orders
  • Package and ship products to customers nationwide
  • Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organization
  • Work collaboratively while also managing your own responsibilities efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Comfortable moving between desk work and hands-on tasks
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (healthcare or logistics a plus)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • Your own office space, with the flexibility to move around and assist the team
