Position Summary

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting dental equipment with a high level of detail and accuracy. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and interact with customers professionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble dental equipment according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Perform testing and quality checks on completed equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients or responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Document work performed and report equipment issues or delays.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related technical work is a plus (but not required).
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
