Maintenance Mechanic – Rockwall, TX
Direct Hire | $25–$38/hour | Full-Time

Are you the person everyone calls when equipment goes down — and you actually fix it? A growing manufacturer in the Rockwall area is looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join their team as a direct hire employee from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Complete machine teardowns, rebuilds, and reassembly
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and meet daily schedules
- Operate forklift and maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas

WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills required; electrical skills a strong plus
- Background in structural foam, blow molding, or injection molding preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed

COMPENSATION & LOCATION
- Pay: $25–$38/hour based on experience
