Are you the person on the floor who keeps the machines running, the scrap down, and the shift moving? A growing manufacturer in Rockwall is looking for a skilled Process Technician to join their team — direct hire, full-time, competitive pay from day one.

💰 COMPENSATION & DETAILS
• Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
• Type: Direct Hire (permanent, not temp-to-perm)
• Location: Rockwall, TX
• Schedule: Full-Time

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Set up, operate, and adjust high-volume molding machines
• Perform mold changes and machine startups/shutdowns
• Operate forklift for mold handling and organization
• Troubleshoot support equipment (grinders, blenders, hopper loaders, chillers)
• Monitor production for scrap, identify root causes, and make corrections
• Conduct minor repairs and insert changes as needed
• Complete daily process records, shift reports, and first-part approvals
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and support safety/quality initiatives
• Communicate with production leads and incoming shift members on performance and issues

✅ WHAT YOU BRING
• 3+ years of plastics processing/molding experience (required)
• Knowledge of machine start-up, shutdown, and basic machine functions
• Forklift operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills; must read, write, and speak English
• Familiarity with SDS and ISO procedures a plus
