Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support an established team in the Yuba City area. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and calls, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and promptness.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks; prior experience is a plus but not required.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, reporting, and office supplies management.
  • Help streamline office processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of AP/AR is a plus, but not required.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
