Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Setup and Programming professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both CNC milling and turning operations, along with the ability to independently set up, program, and optimize machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
• Work with Fanuc controls for programming and machine operation
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform first-off inspections and ensure part quality meets required standards
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC setup and programming (mill and lathe)
• Proficiency with Mastercam software
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
• Experience with conventional milling and lathe machines is considered an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
