Schedule: Flexible Schedule | Monday–Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. The Production Assembler will assist in assembling products, maintaining production quality, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to company standards
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Assist with packaging and labeling as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
