Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a clinical setting and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role involves supporting healthcare providers, assisting with patient care, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and verifying insurance
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
