Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Associates for a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a full-time opportunity with all shifts available, offering competitive pay based on experience.

This role is in a gritty, industrial environment — candidates must be comfortable working around dust, installation materials, and general warehouse debris. This is a hands-on position requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical labor consistently.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Performing general material handling and warehouse duties.
Loading and unloading materials manually and with equipment (if qualified).
Assisting with installation-related materials and product movement.
Measuring materials accurately using a tape measure.
Organizing, staging, and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
Supporting production and warehouse workflow as needed.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area (within an industrial setting).
Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of tenure in previous positions REQUIRED.
Prior warehouse or labor experience preferred.
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
Forklift experience preferred (not required).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a dusty, gritty, and physically demanding environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team.

Skills & Qualifications

Material handling and warehouse experience.
Basic measurement and tool usage.
Forklift operation (preferred).
Strong physical stamina and endurance.
Attention to detail and safety awareness.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Full-Time
Overtime may be required based on workload

Pay & Benefits

$15.00 – $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals.
