Job Title: Janitor/Custodian - Residential Deep Cleaner

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Description/Requirements:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable associate to perform deep cleaning of residential units and common areas. Prior experience cleaning homes, offices, or hotel rooms is preferred.

• Vacuum furniture, floors and drapes, and carpet edges in residential apartments, public areas, offices, nursing facility and other areas.

• Dusting, cleaning mirror tracks, move small furniture to clean space underneath. Turn mattresses, clean behind refrigerators. Clean light fixtures and window tracks.

• Assists with the daily cleaning duties in residential apartments as necessary: includes cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens and other special cleaning assignments.

• Carpet maintenance: shampooing, steam cleaning and vacuuming.

• Floor maintenance: stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.

• Elevator cleaning.
