Job Title: Testing Associate
Location: McHenry, IL
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Assemble parts onto pumps according to production guidelines
Use computer systems to test pump functionality
Follow on-screen instructions and system prompts accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Stand for the entire shift and meet daily production goals
Strong computer skills – able to navigate programs and follow system instructions
6–12 months of production assembly experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for full shift
Reliable attendance is essential
