Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves a combination of customer support and sales activities, primarily managing Ontario-based accounts. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in handling both inbound and outbound communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries
• Manage and maintain Ontario-based accounts
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving targets (approx. 30% sales focus)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Complete a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily
• Deliver excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively
• Oversee and support Ontario-based accounts
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute toward achieving targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Accurately document customer interactions

Work Arrangement

• Initial 3–6 months in-office training period
• Transition to permanent Work From Home upon successful completion of training and performance evaluation
