Express Employment Professionals in Waco is currently seeking experienced Forklift / Warehouse Associates to be placed on assignment with a local manufacturing partner. This position works closely with an onsite EP Service Team and requires strong warehouse system knowledge and kitting experience.

💰 Pay:

Competitive – Based on experience ($18.00/hr. and up)

🕒 Schedule:

Full-time | Shift details provided during interview

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck as needed)
  • Perform kitting and material handling for production and assembly lines
  • Utilize ERP / Warehouse (WH) systems for inventory tracking and order processing
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for internal departments
  • Load and unload shipments accurately
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
  • Work closely with the onsite EP Service Team
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

✅ Qualifications:

  • Previous forklift experience (required)
  • Experience working within an ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Kitting experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

⭐ Preferred Experience:

  • Manufacturing or production warehouse background
  • Experience supporting internal production teams
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
