Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, maintaining organization within the warehouse, and ensuring products are accurately stored and labeled. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift, move, and organize boxes and products (typically 30–50 lbs)
• Safely operate ladders, pallet jacks, carts, and dollies
• Accurately count, sort, and organize inventory
• Read and apply location labels to ensure proper product placement
• Verify that labels match the correct product SKU or barcode
• Use handheld barcode scanners to track and manage inventory
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant shelving areas
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment (ladders, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and labeling systems
• Experience using handheld barcode scanners (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
