Salary: 60,000-65,000

The ideal candidate will: 

• Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is preferred (not required) 
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and inventory management.
• Handle complex customer escalations with tact and professionalism.
• Manage all front of house services.
• Interact with and oversee shipping couriers, various vendors and other community partners.
• Actively participate in hiring, training.
•  2+ Years in retail operations, print production, retail production, retail shipping, freight brokering or management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50lbs.
• 9AM-5PM- Including Saturdays 9AM-2PM.
