Salary: 60,000-65,000 Yearly.

The ideal candidate will: 

• Experience in the printing industry (newspaper, Staples, Minuteman Press, etc)
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. 
• Handle complex customer escalations with tact and professionalism.
• Cash handling and inventory management. 
• Interact with and oversee shipping couriers, various vendors and other community partners.
• Must have 2+ Years in retail operations, print production, retail production, retail shipping, freight brokering or management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to become a Certified Notary, if not already certified. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Fiery, Trello, POS, Shipping Software, HubSpot, Freight Portals.
• Led by example to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Oversee the entire production cycle, estimating, file prep, proofing, finishing and fulfillment.
• Assist in scaling capabilities for a wide format offering. (stickers, vinyl's, on Roland VG3)
