Press Brake Operator

Express Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Operator. The role will include reading blueprints and plans for finished products, making sure machines are working efficiently, and operating machines with safety. Safety is the number one priority for this company, so ideal candidates will have a record of safety work habits and an excellent eye for detail.

Scheduled 10-hour shifts working between the hours of 6am and 4pm, Monday - Thursday with wage starting at $18+ per hour for experienced candidates. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake machine.
• Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
• Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
• Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments.
• Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
• Work with tight tolerances.
• Produce parts for assembly operations.
• Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Perform spot inspections of parts.
• Complete and maintain paperwork.
• Identify assembly parts.
