The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism. This role serves as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting internal teams and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in customer relationship management (CRM) and order systems
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Provide product and service information, including availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a business-to-business or technical environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
