Job Summary:

The Certified HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.

• Ensure compliance with all HVAC codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service details, recommendations, and system status.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• EPA Section 608 Certification required.

• Valid HVAC certification/license (state-specific, if applicable).

• 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

 

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures and tight spaces.
