Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French)
Location: Guelph, ON - *Position is in-person during probation period, potential to become hybrid*
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm – Full Time
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a local organization for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a 1 Year contract and an opportunity to get some fantastic customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing phone and email to support to customer base
- Providing internal administrative support
- Explaining complex processes and procedures in a clear, concise and consistent manner
- Maintaining a professional and patient demeanor during all phone correspondence with customers
Qualifications
- Effective listening and speaking skills, maintaining patience and professionalism
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Efficient internet and computer skills
- Ability to absorb and retail large amounts of information and relay back to customer
