• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Provide a high level of customer service and support

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
• Basic computer skills; experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus
