What You’ll Do
• Prepare metal, wood, or composite door components for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, priming).
• Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, HVLP systems, or other finishing equipment.
• Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure all products meet quality and thickness standards.
• Mix, match, and adjust paint or coatings according to specifications.
• Maintain paint booths, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow production schedules and collaborate with assembly and fabrication teams.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental guidelines.

What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of industrial painting experience (manufacturing, metal finishing, automotive, or similar).
• Strong understanding of spray application techniques and surface prep.
• Ability to read work orders, follow specifications, and maintain consistent finish quality.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
