Location: Remote (Ontario-Based Preferred) | Full-Time | Financial Services Sector | $55,000 Salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and collect on defaulted accounts in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
• Investigate non-payment situations and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare and send written communications including demand letters and agreements
• Support repayment processing including payment tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
• Handle inbound and outbound client communication while delivering a high level of service
• Collaborate internally to ensure accuracy and compliance across accounts

What We’re Looking For

• Fluently bilingual (French/English) – required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in collections, receivables, or credit
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational ability
• Comfortable working with financial data and reports
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
