Salary: $62,500 to $65,000

Our client, an established industry leader in equipment sales and service, is hiring a Service Coordinator. 

Required skills and qualifications: 

• Electromechanical or mechanical education is considered an asset / ideal
• Strong customer service experience, ideally within a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment
• Required mechanical and/or industrial knowledge
• Previous experience working at a parts counter and managing inventory (e.g., fittings, filters, hoses, and related components)
• Demonstrated experience in parts and inventory management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to coordinate service teams and manage scheduling logistics
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; experience with SAGE software is considered an asset
• Required experience with shipping, receiving, and forklift operations
• Valid driver’s licence required

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, new installations, and preventive maintenance
• Receive and manage incoming service and parts inquiries, providing clear communication and timely updates to customers
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure efficient job planning, dispatching, and completion
• Assist customers with parts, ordering, and service-related inquiries
• Manage the parts counter, including knowledge of fittings, filters, hoses, and related components
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, work orders, and customer interactions
• Support document control processes related to service and maintenance operations
• Assist with shipping and receiving as required
• Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company policies and procedures when required

The salary ranges from $62,500 to $65,000 per year depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
