We are currently hiring for a MIG/TIG Welder (2nd Shift) to join our busy team. This position will be responsible for fabricating metal components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with opportunity to join the Union and with Union benefits.

MIG/TIG Welder Responsibilities
• Perform MIG/TIG welding on aluminum and stainless-steel materials, according to blueprint specifications
• Set up welding equipment including appropriate materials, gas mixtures, and welding electrodes
• Monitor welding processes, making adjustments when necessary
• Conduct inspections on welds to identify any defects, ensuring compliance with standards
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, completing routine maintenance and repairs as needed

MIG/TIG Welder Requirements
• At least 2 years' experience as a MIG/TIG Welder
• Experienced welding stainless steel and aluminum materials
• Operate Plasma Cutter and Grinder machinery
• Interpret blueprint readings, technical drawings, and specifications
• MIG/TIG Welder Certified

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 3:30pm-12am (Overtime availability when needed)

Pay: $25-$30/hr. depending on experience
