About the Opportunity

As a Night Shift Shop Foreman, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing shop operations by maintaining

workflow and efficiently distributing work among technicians. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this

position oversees the quality of work on customer-owned inventory, ensures shop efficiency, and upholds high

standards for safety and organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to set goals and distribute work

orders to technicians

• Ensure quality: Audit completed work and verify adherence to company standards

• Manage technician workloads: Optimize workflow and provide support to keep the team efficient and

effective

• Provide guidance: Offer direction on processes, policies, and expectations to team members

• Conduct safety meetings: Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety

regulations

• Manage inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in CRM and ERP systems

• Support customer and sales teams: Address customer issues and assist with work orders, part

numbers, and deliveries

• Foster a positive work environment: Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to safety

and quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (required)

• Previous night shift experience (required)

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor within a team environment

• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and internet functions

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in past 3 years; no

DWI/DUI in past 5 years)

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Pay Rate $26.00 – $29.00/Hour + Overtime

Schedule Monday – Saturday: 6 PM – 6 AM
