Fence Installer / General Laborer

Location: Colfax, WA
Pay: $20/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We are hiring a hardworking Fence Installer / General Laborer to support fencing installation projects. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role ideal for someone with strong stamina who enjoys hands-on work. If you’re reliable, motivated, and comfortable working in the elements, this is a great opportunity to build experience in fencing and agricultural labor.

What You’ll Do:

- Install barbed wire fencing along designated fence lines
- Move and stage materials across job sites
- Pound fence posts using machinery and tools
- Stretch wire using come-along tools
- Clip and staple wire securely to posts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor all day
- Hardworking and motivated attitude
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Farm, ranch, or fencing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand tools and work with equipment
