Express Employment is looking for a Full-Time, Maintenance Mechanic. This is a Long Term position.
Location: Chico, Ca
Pay: $28 - $30/Hour DOE
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (Hours may diff)

Job Duties:

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance tech and mechanics.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily maintenance and repair work.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect machinery and identify issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production and management to schedule repairs and reduce disruptions.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Assist with installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of current experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
