Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience)

 

Our client is looking for a dependable and skilled Auto Body Paint Technician to join their team! Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation, including sanding, masking, and priming

• Mix and apply paint coatings using spray guns and refinishing tools

• Match and blend colors for a seamless finish

• Conduct dent repair and light auto body work

• Operate within paint booths and drying systems

• Read and interpret repair estimates

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Provide occasional mentorship to less experienced team members

• Deliver quality results that meet industry standards and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in auto body painting or related role

• School training or certifications welcome

• Strong understanding of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques

• Familiarity with tools such as spray guns, sanders, and paint booths

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must be coachable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Must have own tools (assistance may be provided for the right candidate)
