Account Specialist
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $21-24 DOE, paid weekly

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to support a growing client’s signage operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both customers and internal teams, managing detailed orders, and ensuring high-quality results from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process monthly and special signage orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and update databases for signage, pricing, and order tracking
• Review and proofread orders, artwork, and data before final submission
• Coordinate with internal teams on art, graphic design, and production needs
• Prepare invoices and assist with billing processes
• Handle customer inquiries and store calls in a professional manner
• Monitor print schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process reships, reworks, and order corrections as needed
• Provide administrative support to Regional and Account Managers

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach
• Ability to manage order entry, database maintenance, and client communication simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong proofreading skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with databases and order tracking systems
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
