Location: Dayton, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift (Overtime Required)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Facilities / Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves supporting facility operations, material movement, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, flexible, and willing to work overtime to support production needs.

Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently
• Support facility upkeep including cleaning, organizing, and general maintenance tasks
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with team members to support daily operations

Requirements:
• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to work overtime as needed is required
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Safety-minded with attention to detail
• Dependable with consistent attendance
