About the Role:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local bank in Killeen, TX for a Credit Card Program Manager. This position oversees the daily operations, compliance, and performance of the bank’s credit card program while leading a team and driving process improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in credit card operations or consumer lending
• Prior banking experience preferred
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of credit card regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must pass a background check

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily credit card operations, including applications, servicing, disputes, and portfolio monitoring
• Ensure compliance with all applicable consumer lending regulations
• Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk
• Maintain procedures and internal controls for audits and regulatory reviews
• Train staff on policy updates and regulatory changes
• Supervise and support team members within the credit card department
• Prepare reports for leadership on performance and compliance
• Recommend strategies to improve growth, profitability, and risk management
• Manage vendor relationships and support cross-department communication
