Restoration Lead

Located in Allentown, PA

Salary: $22-24/hr.

We are hiring a Restoration Lead for a company that specializes in contents restoration—handling, cleaning, storage, and return of personal belongings after fire, water, or mold damage. This is a white-glove service, not construction or demo work.

This is a working lead role—you will be hands-on in the field every day, working alongside your crew while also guiding the job and team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small crew (2–4 employees) while actively working on job sites

• Perform packouts, inventory, cleaning, and packbacks alongside the team

• Drive company vehicle to/from jobs

• Communicate directly with homeowners and provide a high level of service

• Keep jobs organized and moving efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or hands-on experience (restoration, moving, logistics, etc.)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to lead by example
