Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder with a strong TIG welding background to join a growing team. This role involves working from blueprints to fabricate and weld custom metal components used in industrial equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding (primary focus) on stainless steel and carbon steel
• Perform MIG welding as needed (secondary)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Fabricate parts including cutting, fitting, and assembling components
• Operate shop equipment (grinders, saws, drill presses, etc.)
• Ensure weld quality meets specifications, tolerances, and standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete custom fabrication projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of TIG welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Experience with stainless steel TIG welding strongly preferred
• MIG welding experience is a plus
• Strong blueprint reading and tape measure skills
• Ability to work with stainless steel and carbon steel
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
