Position Overview:
An Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and 
purchasing new or used vehicles. This role focuses on building relationships with 
customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating vehicle features, and guiding them 
through the sales process from initial contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership or contacting by phone or online
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget 
• Present vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
• Conduct test drives with prospective buyers
• Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and available promotions
• Negotiate terms and close vehicle sales
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new vehicle features
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to build relationships and generate 
repeat business

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Weekend and evening hours typically required

Compensation:
• Base pay + with bonuses or incentives based on sales performance.
