Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20 and up/hour

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at a residential apartment complex. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the property while providing excellent service to residents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues

Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers)

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools

Assist with groundskeeping as needed (trash removal, light landscaping, etc.)

Respond to maintenance emergencies when required

 

Qualifications:

 

Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment or residential setting a plus)

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Valid driver’s license preferred
