Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced CDL Rig Up Operator / Driver to join a hardworking oilfield team. This position offers competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and consistent work for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience with rig-up operations and operating multiple types of trucks used in oilfield equipment transport and setup.

This role requires safely transporting equipment to job sites and assisting with rig-up and rig-down operations while following all company safety procedures and DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate pole trucks, tandem trucks, and winch trucks
• Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
• Assist with rig-up and rig-down operations
• Secure loads properly using chains, binders, straps, and rigging equipment
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment
• Maintain accurate driver logs and DOT documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license required
• Experience operating pole trucks, tandem trucks, and winch trucks
• Experience with rig-up operations preferred
• Knowledge of load securement and DOT regulations
• Ability to work 60 hours per week with a flexible schedule
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work
