Our client in Center Line, MI is looking for a Die Repair/ Die Setter

What you’ll be doing as a Die Repair/ Die Setter

• ·         -Repair dies as documented on the Die maintenance form
• ·         -Assist in die tryout runs
• ·         -Assist in die modification to support quality requirements

What you’ll need to succeed as a Die Repair/ Die Setter

• ·         Proficiency in shop math, measuring tools, and basic SPC
• ·         Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• ·         Commitment to following workplace safety rules
• ·         Minimum 8 years of tool and die experience or UAW certification
• ·         Sufficient language skills to understand and complete die maintenance forms
• ·         Ability to fabricate components (sections, punches, etc.) per design specifications
• ·         Experience using tool room equipment (lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, radial drill)
• ·         Knowledge of QMS/EMS systems
• ·         Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards

·         $20.00-$34.00 hourly

·         Monday- Friday- 1:30pm-10pm
