We are seeking a reliable, upbeat, and customer-focused Office Administrator for a client. This role is the first point of contact for their business, so strong communication skills and professionalism are essential.

This position also provides light bookkeeping support using QuickBooks, so prior experience is required. Buildertrend experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional, concierge-level approach
  • Perform simple invoicing in QuickBooks
  • Enter bills and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
  • Collect and process customer payments
  • Schedule sales calls and manage calendars
  • Scan and organize documents
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Basic QuickBooks experience
  • Strong customer service and receptionist skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a professional demeanor
  • Proven history of reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and move with intention
