We are recruiting for a safety-focused Full Service Technician to support the reconditioning, repair, and testing of pole mount transformers in an industrial setting. This is a hands-on role with strong long-term potential for candidates interested in developing technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Recondition, reassemble, and test pole mount transformers to meet customer specifications

• Perform basic repairs including gasket replacement, oil changes, and part inspections

• Accurately complete work orders in a timely manner

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Safety-focused mindset and dependable work ethic

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Experience with hand tools and industrial equipment preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and climbing ladders

• Ability to work in hot and cold, non-climate-controlled environments

• Comfortable working around dust, oil, and other industrial substances

• Capable of handling moderate physical demands throughout the shift
