E-Commerce Specialist

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to support daily online sales operations. This role focuses on managing product listings, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain online product listings
Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor inventory levels and update availability as needed
Respond to customer inquiries via email or online platforms
Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipping and order issues
Ensure accuracy of pricing, product descriptions, and images

Qualifications:

Strong computer and data entry skills
Experience with online sales platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.) preferred
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods
Occasional light lifting if assisting with packaging or inventory
