Type: Full-Time, Day shift 

We are recruiting for a reliable and motivated Driver Lead to operate a 26-ft box truck and support moving and customer service operations. This is a non-CDL position with leadership potential, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving, physical work, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck (F350 base) for transport and moving jobs

• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling customer belongings with care

• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions

• Support and lead crew members on job sites as needed

• Ensure timely and efficient completion of scheduled moves

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good motor vehicle record (MVR)

• Approximately 1 year of driving experience preferred

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items

• Strong reliability and work ethic

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to pass a drug screen

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

• Ability to team lift and carry heavy or bulky items

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying

• Ability to handle and protect customer belongings with care

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift

Pay:

• $23.25 per hour (Day Shift)
