Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on door-to-door sales of specialized municipal sewer and pipeline infrastructure equipment, including camera systems, software solutions, tractor heads, and sewer cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pipeline systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door sales calls to municipalities, contractors, and utility providers

Promote and sell pipeline inspection cameras, software systems, tractor heads, and sewer cleaning equipment

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and service solutions

Demonstrate product functionality and provide technical explanations to customers

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales to meet or exceed targets

Coordinate with service teams to support maintenance and repair offerings

Provide accurate quotes, proposals, and sales reports

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial, municipal, or infrastructure-related products

Working knowledge of sewer and pipeline infrastructure equipment (cameras, cleaners, inspection systems, etc.)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally on a daily basis

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling inspection camera systems, pipeline equipment, or related technologies

Technical aptitude with mechanical or software-based equipment

Established relationships within municipal or utility sectors
