Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor keeps shop and field operations running safely and efficiently. Serving as the key link between technicians and management, this role drives performance, quality, and continuous improvement across daily workflows, equipment, and team development.

Leadership & Daily Operations

• Oversee daily operations, assign work orders to technicians, and ensure tasks are completed accurately — from equipment prep and QC to product delivery and warehouse safety.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to set daily and weekly goals; guide and train staff on processes, systems, and company expectations while tracking their progress.

Safety, Compliance & Reporting

• Lead weekly safety meetings, enforce EHS guidelines and PPE use, address hazards immediately, and ensure all safety and job training is completed on time.
• Maintain accurate operational data, complete required reports for the Operations Manager, manage inventory records, coordinate outside delivery logistics, and support the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; 7+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience with 3–5 years in a supervisory role; proven ability to coach and mentor a team.
• Strong computer, communication, and time-management skills; valid Class C Driver's License; forklift-certified; able to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible availability including overtime and weekends.
