Position: Packer
Location: Spokane, Washington
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am -2:30pm

We are recruiting for a detail-oriented Packer to support packaging and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and are committed to maintaining a safe workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Build skids and boxes for packing and shipping of all orders

• Operate tools such as crosscut saws, miter saws, nail guns, staple guns, and banding equipment

• Follow established packing and preservation policies and procedures

• Perform quality inspections to ensure all orders meet 100% quality standards

• Mark and stencil shipments according to customer and internal requirements

• Maintain assigned equipment and keep accurate maintenance records

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety and quality policies and procedures

• Participate in TQM and SPC meetings

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Experience using hand and power tools preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or remain stationary for extended periods

• Frequent walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling

• Use of hands and fingers to handle, operate, and inspect tools and materials

• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed

• Ability to communicate effectively and observe details for quality control

• Capable of medium to heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
