1st Shift General Labor

Located in Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $18/hr.

Company Information: A locally owned pool company on the southside of Indianapolis is hiring 1st Shift General Laborers to their team! Show your passion and skill, and you could advance to a technician role with even more responsibilities and rewards.

General Laborer's Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7AM - 4PM
• Overtime opportunities available, averaging 10 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly pool maintenance (testing water, vacuuming pools, general upkeep)
• Complete pool renovations (installing new liners, repairing parts, minor landscaping)
• Conduct pool closings at the end of the season
• Assist technicians with pulling parts/chemicals, loading trucks, and gathering tools and equipment
• Minor landscaping tasks (cutting down small trees, laying mulch)

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy items and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle report required, as you'll be operating company pickup trucks
• No prior industry experience required; we provide on-the-job training
• Preferred background in outdoor labor (construction, pool labor, landscaping, plumbing, etc)
